Sharing a personal reflection, Justice Chandrachud said, “My mother used to tell me why Arjuna was called ‘Dhananjaya.’ She said it was because of his unique pose — the pose of a seeker of knowledge. That has been my pose too — to always remain a worshipper of knowledge.”

Expressing joy at meeting the young journalists, he added, “You all are also seekers of knowledge. Your ‘pose’ is to deliver accurate and credible information — to keep the people of India and the global community informed about current events and our nation’s journey forward.”

Dr. Chandrachud further said, “I see a young and dynamic team at the Dynamite News Head Office. The women working here are talented and full of energy. Today, women are propelling the nation forward through their exceptional abilities — a remarkable example of growing gender equality in India.”

Addressing the journalists, he advised, “You work tirelessly every day, constantly chasing stories. But amid this rush, it’s crucial to take care of your health. Take out at least 20 minutes for exercise and 10 minutes for meditation daily. Make basic workouts a part of your routine — this will keep you physically and mentally energetic and happy.”

Dr Chandrachud concluded with a message for the media fraternity and youth: “Knowledge, balance, and health are the three pillars of continuous progress.”

Editor-in-Chief Manoj Tibrewal Aakash expressed gratitude for the former CJI’s visit, calling it “a moment of pride and inspiration for our institution, reflecting his humility, greatness, and towering personality.”
