The award will be presented at a ceremony in Karachi. Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman and Bhutto's grandson, Bilawal Bhutto, has been invited as the chief guest. Organizers say Mohsin Naqvi's decision is being seen as a symbol of defending Pakistan's honor.
