New Delhi: Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed the petition to remove Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister after his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The High Court, while hearing the petition, said that there is no need for judicial intervention in this political matter. This is not under the jurisdiction of Judiciary, but the Executive.

This verdict of High Court is considered a big relief for Kejriwal.
