ED raids Shilpa Shetty’s hubby Raj Kundra, others in pornographic case

Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate on Friday raided the premises of businessman Raj Kundra, the husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, and some others as part of a money laundering case linked to the alleged distribution of pornographic content via mobile applications.

ED officials were at Shetty’s residence since morning. Raj Kundra was previously arrested in connection with the pornography case, official sources said.

Many locations searched

Around 15 locations in Mumbai and Gorakhpur and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh are being searched, the sources said. They said the probe pertains to the role of suspects in the alleged distribution of pornographic content through mobile applications and other modes. (with Agency inputs)
