Manipur: 4 militants held in Imphal & Tengnoupal

Imphal: Four militants were arrested by the Manipur Police from Manipur's Imphal West and Tengnoupal districts, officials said on Tuesday. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, two miltants of proscribed militant outfit Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP Apunba) were arrested from Rupmahal Tank under City-PS, Imphal West district for their involvement in extortion cases.

2 held in Tengnoupal district 
In a separate operation, the police arrested two militants affiliated to banned outfits United National Liberation Front (Koireng) and PREPAK from boundary pillar 85 in Tengnoupal district on Sunday. 

Myanmar Currency Recovered
The police seized Myanmar currency worth 7500 Kyat from their possession. (With Agency Inputs)
