Mentally challenged minor raped by teenaged youth

The incident took place when the girl had gone to the fields and her neighbor, a 16-year-old youth, raped her.

Ballia: A 10-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly raped by her teenaged neighbour in Bilthara road area here, the police said today.

The incident took place on Monday when the girl had gone to the fields and her neighour, a 16-year-old youth, raped her, they said.

An FIR in this regard was registered by the victim's father yesterday and the accused was also arrested. (PTI)
