PM Narendra Modi receives warm welcome in US, watch video

Washngton: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has received a warm welcome from the Indian diaspora upon his arrival in United States for his two-day visit. 

Prime Minister is scheduled to hold high-stakes talks with President Donald Trump days after the US President announced tariff on imports. 

Trump will host Modi today in what would be their first meeting since Trump assumed office for a second time. 

PM lands in Washington
Landed in Washington DC a short while ago. Looking forward to meeting @POTUS Donald Trump and building upon the India-USA Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership. Our nations will keep working closely for the benefit of our people and for a better future for our planet," Modi said on X along with pictures of his arrival.
