Rs 2.5 lakh worth cocaine seized from Nigerian

Bengaluru: A Nigerian national has been arrested on charges of drug peddling and 22 grams of cocaine worth Rs 2.5 lakh seized from him.

Sunday Ikwuanwuokoh (36) was arrested from HRBR Layout here on the basis of credible information received about his involvement in drug peddling, Central Crime Branch said in a statement.

It said 22 grams of cocaine, three mobile phones used for his peddling activities along with SIM cards, a two-wheeler, passport and 19 fake notes of invalid Rs 500 have been seized from him. (PTI)
