Hyderabad: Telangana Police on Tuesday detained BJP MLA Raja Singh for his alleged derogatory comments  against Prophet Muhammad. 

Earlier, an FIR was filed against him by the Hyderabad South Zone Police this morning. 

Singh is an MLA from Goshamahal, and several protests broke out against him for his alleged remarks in his recently uploaded video.
