Lucknow: Transport Minister in the Yogi government Dayashankar Singh and former minister Swati Singh have finally parted ways. The love story, followed by marriage, between the two that began during their student life, came to an end after 22 years.
Lucknow's Additional Chief Magistrate Devendra Nath Singh's court has approved the divorce application of Dayashankar Singh and Swati Singh.
Both of them had filed a suit for divorce in the family court last year. After this now the family court has approved the divorce.
Dayashankar Singh and Swati Singh were married on 18 May 2001.
