Honda Motor Co said on Thursday it will resume normal production on April 5 at its automobile, engine and transmission plants in North America after production cuts impacted all of its U.S., Mexican and Canadian auto plants.
Honda Motor Co said on Friday Chief Executive Officer Takahiro Hachigo would step down, handing over the reins to the head of the automaker’s research and development arm, Toshihiro Mibe, on April 1.
Japanese automaker Honda Motor Co on Tuesday hiked its full-year operating profit forecast 23% to 520 billion yen as demand in China and elsewhere gained momentum and it trimmed costs.
