Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the Ganderbal encounter case in which a local resident died in Arhama area on April 1. The District Magistrate has been directed to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into all aspects of the incident.
