As per the schedule, BLOs will visit households from June 30 to July 29 to verify voter details and distribute partially filled enumeration forms. The draft electoral roll will be published on August 5. Voters will be able to file claims and objections between August 5 and September 4. These claims and objections will be disposed of by October 3, after which the final electoral roll will be released on October 7.

Door-to-door enumeration begins under SIR in Telangana

BLOs distribute pre-printed forms, one original and one duplicate. Electors have been instructed to fill in details in the original form and return it to the BLO during their subsequent visits. Once the BLOs collect the forms, they will hand over an acknowledgement. The other copy of the form is to be retained by electors.
