DMK initiates seat-sharing talks with allies for upcoming assembly elections
With Assembly elections fast approaching, the ruling DMK on Saturday formed a seven-member seat-sharing panel, which will be headed by veteran DMK MP T.R. Balu. From Sunday, the committee would hold talks at the DMK headquarters in Chennai. It is expected to finalise the seat-sharing arrangement by the end of this month or by early March.
