New Delhi: Toyota's popular full-size SUV, the Toyota Fortuner, has become more expensive in India. The company recently increased prices for its passenger vehicles, affecting both the Fortuner and Fortuner Legender. Following this increase, Fortuner prices have risen by ₹51,000 to ₹74,000, depending on the variant.

How much has price increased by variant?

Toyota has increased prices for almost all Fortuner variants. The entry-level manual variant has seen the lowest increase of ₹51,000, while top-end variants like the powerful 4x4 and GRS have become more expensive by over ₹50,000.

The company has also discontinued the Leader variant, which was available for a limited time, leaving customers with fewer options to choose from.

What are the ex-showroom prices?

Following the price hike, the Fortuner's base model is now available for ₹34.16 lakh (ex-showroom), down from ₹33.65 lakh previously. The cheapest automatic variant now costs ₹36.96 lakh (ex-showroom), a ₹55,000 increase.

The Fortuner's top-spec GRS trim has seen the highest price increase of ₹74,000, bringing its new ex-showroom price to ₹49.59 lakh.

What is the on-road price in Delhi?

In Delhi, the Fortuner's base model's on-road price now starts at around ₹39.84 lakh. Customers can expect to spend up to ₹58.81 lakh for its top variant. On-road prices may vary slightly in different cities due to taxes and registration.
