Toyota India has increased prices of select models starting January 2026, impacting popular vehicles like Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross and Fortuner. The hike ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹74,000 depending on the variant, with Fortuner GR-S seeing the highest increase.
Innova Crysta, Hycross, Fortuner Prices Increased; Some Variants Discontinued
New Delhi: With the start of January 2026, Toyota India has dealt a significant blow to its customers. The company has increased the prices of its popular models. The Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross, and Fortuner (including the Legender and GR-S) have now become more expensive than before. Toyota has also discontinued production of some variants, limiting the options.
The price of the Toyota Innova Crysta now starts from ₹18.99 lakh and reaches ₹25.53 lakh. The price of the Innova Hycross has increased from ₹19.15 lakh to ₹32.38 lakh. The new price of the Fortuner is set between ₹34.16 lakh and ₹49.59 lakh. According to the company, the price of the Innova Crysta has increased by a maximum of ₹33,000.

All variants of the diesel-powered Innova Crysta have become more expensive. The lower-spec GX variant has seen the highest price increase of ₹33,000. The mid-spec GX+ variant has become more expensive by around ₹21,000, while the VX and top-spec ZX variants have seen a price increase of approximately ₹25,000 to ₹26,000.
The Innova Hycross has seen an even greater price increase. Its prices have ranged from ₹29,000 to ₹48,000. Notably, the base G variant has been discontinued. The GX(O) variant has now seen a price increase of over ₹31,000, while the hybrid VX and ZX variants have become more expensive by around ₹40,000 to ₹48,000.
The biggest price hike in the Fortuner lineup has been seen in the GR-S variant, which has seen a price increase of approximately ₹74,000. The 4×4 and Legender variants have also become more expensive by ₹50,000 to ₹71,000. The entry-level petrol manual variant has also seen its price increase by ₹51,000.

Toyota has also discontinued the production of some variants along with these price hikes. The G variant of the Innova Hycross and the limited 'Leader' variant of the Fortuner will no longer be available. Furthermore, the production of the entry-level E MT variant of the Rumoi has also been discontinued.
This price hike by Toyota is a blow to customers who were planning to purchase a new car in early 2026. Especially popular models like Innova and Fortuner have now become more expensive than ever, which will have a direct impact on the budget.
