New Delhi: Faridabad-based Al Falah University is once again under the radar of investigative agencies. Delhi Police has issued summons to the university's chairman, Javed Ahmed Siddiqui, in two separate cases. These include the alleged Faridabad terrorist module case and the forgery and fraud case filed based on a UGC complaint. The investigation in both cases is progressing rapidly.

Two FIRs Add to University's Troubles

Recently, the Delhi Police Crime Branch registered two FIRs against Al Falah University. One FIR relates to alleged cheating and the other to forgery. The UGC complaint alleges serious irregularities in the university's accreditation process and documentation. Alleged violations of UGC Section 12 and claims of fraudulent accreditation have also surfaced.

New Revelation Regarding Foreign Funding

Agencies investigating the Delhi blasts case are closely monitoring the activities of Al Falah University. Meanwhile, reports of the university receiving foreign funding have surfaced, prompting the agencies to investigate this aspect as well.

However, the Al Falah University Trust has categorically denied receiving foreign funding. Mohammad Razi, the trust's legal advisor, stated that the institute operates solely on student fees and is cooperating with investigating agencies at every level. The land documents requested by the Faridabad police have also been provided.
