New Delhi: A security scare unfolded in Haryana’s Gonder village after unidentified assailants allegedly opened fire outside the residence of Diljit Dosanjh’s manager Gurpartap Kang. Authorities are currently examining CCTV footage and gathering evidence to identify those involved in the firing. Officials are also reviewing whether Kang or others connected to the singer had received any threats before the incident.
From Salman Khan to Rohit Shetty; Why the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is bollywood’s new biggest threat
According to reports, a social media post allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the firing.
The message, reportedly shared under the names Tyson Bishnoi, Aarzoo Bishnoi and Hari Boxer, described the incident as a “third warning”. The post further claimed that earlier warnings had already been sent to Diljit Dosanjh and members of his management team, including Gurpartap Kang and Sonali.
The individuals behind the message also claimed that the firing was not connected to extortion.
Police, however, have not officially confirmed the authenticity of the social media claims or identified the attackers.
The same social media message reportedly made allegations against an individual associated with Diljit Dosanjh’s team. It claimed that a woman from Punjab was mistreated during a recent Australia tour and alleged that similar complaints existed against the same person.
These allegations have not been independently verified, and no official complaint connected to the claims has been confirmed by authorities so far.
The post also warned of further action if the singer and his associates failed to distance themselves from the accused individual.

In an Instagram Story written in Punjabi, Diljit stated that peaceful expression was acceptable but warned against any attempt to harass or intimidate his fans during shows.
At present, Haryana Police continue to investigate the firing incident, while officials remain cautious about confirming the claims circulating online.
