Mumbai: If you were born in the 1990s or early 2000s, then Himesh Reshamiya’s banger must be in your playlist. Himesh Reshamiya was born on July 23, 1973, in Mumbai, and he was inspired to pursue music at the age of 11 following the loss of his elder brother, aiming to fulfill his father Vipin Reshammiya’s dream.
At the age of 16, Himesh started producing TV soaps and composing title tracks for networks like Zee TV. He started his career as a music director in the film Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya in 19198 and made his acting debut with the film Aap Kaa Surroor in 2007.
In August 2022, Bloomberg ranked Himesh Reshammiya as the #22 World Most Influential Pop-star, and he was the only Indian artist to feature on the list.
