Competing with a big-budget film like "Thama," which boasts a huge star cast, is not easy for a smaller project. But "Deewaniyat" has managed to do it.
While "Thama" earned almost double the amount of "Deewaniyat" in 10 days, Harshvardhan's film surpassed it in the 11th day's collection.

According to reports, "Thama" earned ₹84 lakh that day, while "Deewaniyat" earned ₹88 lakh—proving that the audience is now preferring this romantic drama more.
Interestingly, the budget of "Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat" is only ₹25 crore. Yet, the film has already collected ₹75.40 crore worldwide in just 10 days. This means the film is not only a hit but could also join the list of superhit films in the coming days.
The film is directed by Milap Zaveri, known for his masala entertainer films. Harshvardhan Rane has played an emotional and nuanced character, while Sonam Bajwa's presence has added a romantic charm to the film.
The film's songs and dialogues have gone viral on social media, further boosting its impact at the box office.
Despite a low budget, limited promotion, and tough competition, “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat” has shown that if the story and emotions are genuine, the audience will always support it.
The film could now become a turning point not only for Harshvardhan Rane's career but also an inspiration for low-budget films.
