New Delhi: The friendly neighbourhood superhero has achieved another historic feat. “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”, starring Tom Holland, has crossed the $2 billion mark at the worldwide box office, becoming the eighth movie ever to enter this exclusive club.

The Marvel superhero film reached the milestone in just three weeks, making it one of the fastest movies to achieve the record. The film’s massive global success has further strengthened the popularity of the Spider-Man franchise and superhero cinema worldwide.

Spider-Man Creates Box Office History

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day brings back Tom Holland as Peter Parker in a new chapter of the iconic Marvel character’s journey.
