New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the country's most prestigious examination, Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024, today.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, after a long wait of lakhs of candidates, the results have finally been released. The list of candidates who have passed the examination is available on the official website of the commission upsc.gov.in.

Shakti Dubey and Harshita Goyal topped

In this year's result, Shakti Dubey has topped the list and secured the first position in the whole country. At the same time, Harshita Goyal has performed brilliantly and secured second position among the female candidates.

Shakti Dubey of Prayagraj has secured first position in the Civil Services Examination 2024. Her success is not only the result of her hard work, but it also shows the power and potential of women in our society. Shakti's graduation in Biochemistry from Allahabad University and then choosing Political Science and International Relations as optional subjects shows her multi-faceted thinking and strategy.

Who is Harshita Goyal

Harshita Goyal was born in Hisar district of Haryana, but her family later shifted to Gujarat as her father was working in the private sector (private organization). Harshita received her primary and schooling in Vadodara city of Gujarat.

Harshita has completed her graduation in commerce stream from the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao University of Vadodara. Not only this, with her hard work and dedication, she also passed the difficult Chartered Accountancy (CA) exam and today she is also a qualified chartered accountant by profession.

But not only professional success, Harshita is also interested in the field of art. She is fond of acrylic painting. Harshita's optional subject in civil service preparation is Political Science and International Relations.

This time a total of 9,92,599 candidates had applied in the UPSC exam, out of which 5,83,213 appeared in the exam and only 1,009 were recommended for appointment in various services.

List of toppers released

Along with the result, UPSC has also made public the complete list of toppers. This list contains the names of those candidates from all over the country. Who have taken important steps towards realizing their dreams by passing the difficult selection process.

Candidates will get service and cadre allocation soon

After the result is declared, now the candidates will be given appointment in different services like Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and other central services on the basis of their rank, preference and availability.
