Ayodhya : The air darshan service of Ayodhya Dham that started for the devotees has been stopped. There is a shortage of devotees for air travel. In such a situation, service provider companies have started packing their luggage.
In fact, till now devotees were being provided the facility of darshan from the sky in Ramnagari Ayodhya. Under this, aerial darshan of Ram temple, Hanumangarhi, Kanak Bhawan, and other religious places, including Saryu, was being done. It is being said that the helicopter service has been stopped due to the short-sightedness of the officials and service provider companies.
The air darshan scheme of Ayodhya Dham has proved to be a mere hoax. According to the Dynamite News correspondent, the air darshan service was started in Ayodhya Dham on February 19. For the first week, devotees showed interest in this service and enjoyed it a lot, but after that, people's interest started decreasing.
Under this service, devotees were being given aerial darshan of the entire Ayodhya Dham in eight minutes. Six people could sit in the helicopter at a time. There were five passengers and one pilot in it. This facility was available from 10 am to 5 pm.
The fare for one passenger was fixed at Rs 4130. The helicopter used to fly with devotees from the helipad built in front of Saryu Guest House. Booking for the trip was done only online.
But for the last few days, devotees were not found for aerial darshan. In such a situation, the service of the air darshan yatra of Ayodhya Dham reached the verge of closure. The situation is such that the helipad built for the flight is now deserted.
Local people and saints of Ayodhya say that the helicopter service has been stopped due to the short-sightedness of the local officials. They have demanded from CM Yogi Adityanath that the helicopter service should be restarted in Ayodhya.
At the same time, sources at service provider companies say that there is a shortage of devotees to visit Ayodhya Dham from the sky. Therefore, the air darshan service is being stopped for the time being.
