Moradabad: Within 15 days in Moradabad, mischievous elements have again tried to spoil the atmosphere by breaking the statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in Ambedkar Park. The people of the area were very angry when the statue was broken.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, a large number of people gathered in Ambedkar Park and started creating a ruckus. On receiving the information, CO Civil Line Kuldeep Kumar Gupta reached the spot with the police force of many police stations and pacified the people by assuring strict action. The police have registered a case against unknown persons on the basis of the complaint.

What is the whole matter?

On receiving the information about the statue being broken, BJP city MLA Ritesh Gupta and former BSP MP Girish Chandra also reached there. BJP MLA Ritesh Gupta talked about installing a new statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.

The whole matter is of village Bhola Singh Ki Milak of Majhola police station area. Giving information, Gram Pradhan Ramesh said that on Monday late night, some mischievous elements came and vandalized the statue of Baba Saheb, after which the entire village residents were angry. MLA Ritesh Gupta has calmed everyone by saying that a new statue will be installed.

BJP MLA's statement on the incident

BJP MLA Ritesh Gupta says that the statue of Baba Saheb installed in the park in village Bhola Singh's Milak in his assembly constituency has been vandalized. This is a matter of great sadness, strict action will be taken against whoever is behind this incident. He further said that talks have been held with the higher officials, whoever is involved will not be spared at all. All the people have been pacified by talking to them. Also, a new statue of Baba Saheb will be installed from his MLA fund.

Identification of the accused

CO Civil Line Kuldeep Kumar Gupta said about the entire incident that the statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar installed in Ambedkar Park in village Bhola Singh's Milk of Majhola police station area has been vandalized by miscreants. People have been pacified and a case has been registered against unknown persons. Footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby is being examined. The accused will be identified and sent to jail soon.
