DU Job Fair: Top Companies to Offer 1,500 Jobs & Internships

New Delhi: Delhi University is organizing a job and internship fair on May 7 at the North Campus Stadium. This is a golden opportunity for the students studying in Delhi University. Actually 31 renowned companies are coming for campus placement. Which will select students for 1500 posts.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, DU is going to organize a job and internship fair on Wednesday, May 7 at the University Stadium located in North Campus.

About three thousand students have registered to participate in it, while students can also come directly and appear before the company. While companies will offer 3.5 lakh to 12 lakh as salary package for the job, five thousand to thirty thousand rupees will be given for internship.

 31 companies are participating, offering 1,500 jobs (₹3.5L–12L packages) and internships (₹5K–30K stipends). Over 3,000 students have registered, but walk-ins are allowed. Final-year students can apply for jobs, while others can seek internships. Top recruiters include Muthoot Finance, Bajaj Allianz, and Shahi Export.

31 companies have registered for the fair being organized by DU's Central Placement Cell (CPC) under the academic session 2024-25. CPC in-charge Prof. Hena Singh said that companies are reaching the campus to offer jobs for 1500 posts. So far three thousand students have registered themselves to participate in it. Students can participate in it even without registration.

In this fair, first and second year students will get an opportunity to get internship and final year students will get a job opportunity. Students who have passed from DU can also participate in it. To give maximum job opportunities to the students, a student will be able to appear before three companies.

He told that as far as the annual package is concerned, the companies will offer the students a package of minimum Rs 3.5 lakh to Rs 12 lakh per annum.
