Recognising the Game Changers: Nominations Open for Young India Country Awards 2025

With the aim of recognising young individuals shaping India’s bright future, Dynamite News has launched the ‘Young India Country Awards 2025’ on the occasion of its 10th anniversary. The initiative will honour five exceptional young achievers from diverse fields, selected by an eminent jury. Read on to learn how to apply and be a part of these prestigious awards.

New Delhi: Marking a decade of fearless and impartial journalism, Dynamite News has formally announced the Young India Country Awards 2025. This initiative is dedicated to recognising and honouring young individuals from across India who are making significant contributions to nation-building through their work in various fields.

The awards aim to spotlight youth heroes who often go unrecognised in mainstream media and public discourse, despite their efforts to improve society through innovation, leadership, and service.

A total of five awards will be conferred. Each winner will receive:

• ₹1,00,000 in cash
• A Certificate of Honour
• A Commemorative Memento
• A Shawl of Honour

Who Can Apply?

Applications are open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Age between 18 and 40 years (as of 16 October 2025)
• Must be an Indian citizen or of Indian origin
• Applications can be made through self-nomination or recommendation

• Climate Action
• Health & Hygiene
• Science & Technology
• Artificial Intelligence
• Startups & Innovation
• Rural Development
• Urban Management
• Vocational Education
• Education for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)
• Women Empowerment
• Sports
• Environment
• Social Welfare
• Legal Awareness & Justice

Award Ceremony & Jury Panel

The award ceremony will be held on 16 October 2025 at 4:00 PM in New Delhi.

An esteemed national jury panel will evaluate the nominations and select the awardees. The jury includes:

• Justice Ranjana Desai – Chairperson, Press Council of India & Former Judge, Supreme Court of India
• Mr. Sanjay Kothari – Former Chief Vigilance Commissioner & Former Secretary to the President of India (IAS – 1978 Batch)
• Dr. Chinmay Pandya – Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar & Volunteer, All World Gayatri Pariwar
• Dr. M.C. Mishra – Eminent Medical Expert & Former Director, AIIMS, New Delhi
