New Delhi: A fresh dispute has emerged in the viral Gurugram road-rage case after woman biker Sia questioned the version of events given by Kalyan Bainsla, who has been accused of hitting her motorcycle on Golf Course Road.
Sia has alleged that Bainsla’s car followed her and subsequently struck her motorcycle. Bainsla has disputed the allegation and described the collision differently. Police are examining the available evidence to establish what happened.
In a newly released video, Sia questioned Bainsla’s account that the collision was accidental. She asked why, according to her version, the car allegedly continued following her before the crash if there was no intention to hit her.
Sia has also alleged that she asked the occupants of the car to maintain a safe distance. According to her account, the vehicle continued approaching her group before the motorcycle was hit.
The allegations have not been independently established, and the accused has denied intentionally causing the collision.

She has alleged that the car came dangerously close to her motorcycle before hitting it. Sia said the impact threw her from the bike, while the motorcycle was dragged along the road.

Bainsla has rejected the allegation that he deliberately rammed the motorcycle. In his version of events, the collision was not intentional.
He has also disputed aspects of Sia’s account of what happened before the crash. The two sides have therefore presented conflicting versions of the incident.
Gurugram Police are investigating the incident and examining video footage and other available evidence to determine the sequence of events.
While Sia has alleged that she was followed and deliberately hit, Bainsla has denied intentionally causing the collision. The allegations and counterclaims remain subject to police investigation and should not be treated as established findings at this stage.
