Fishing boat catches fire off Akshi coast in Maharashtra, video gone viral

Around 18 crew members were rescued safely by the Indian Coast Guard and Navy personnel. Read further on Dynamite News:

Mumbia: A fishing vessel carrying 20 people caught fire off the coast of Akshi, Alibaug in Raigad, officials said on Saturday. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the fire broke out on the fishing boat belonging to Rakesh Gan in the early hours of Friday. The cause of the fire was not known. 

18 Rescued
Around 18 crew members were rescued by the Indian Coast Guard and Navy personnel. 

Video Gone Viral
The video of the boat catching fire in the middle of the sea is going viral on social media, in which a huge fire can be seen in the boat.

Fortuanately, no casualties have been reported so far.
