Maharashtra: Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar issues notices to all Shiv Sena MLAs over disqualification issue

Mumbai: Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar has issued notices to MLAs of both factions (Uddhav Thackeray as well as Eknath Shinde) of Shiv Sena to give their reply on the issue of disqualification.

Narwekar on Friday said he has received a copy of the Shiv Sena's constitution from the Election Commission of India. 

The Speaker said that hearing on the disqualification petitions against 16 Shiv Sena MLAs including chief minister Eknath Shinde will start soon. (with Agency inputs)
