Lucknow: The Yogi government has decided to give a big gift to the state police. About 21 thousand constables will get promotion as head constables. The process of promotion is almost completed.
As per the information from DGP headquarters, the constables will be promoted on the basis of seniority and posted in different districts by the end of December this year
Sports quota:
The recruitment process for 534 posts from the sports quota for constables who got promotion as head constables will also be completed next month. The final result will be declared in the first week of January next year. Out of these 534 posts, 335 are for males and rest 199 are reserved for females.
