The Supreme Court allowed bail for Gulfisha Fatima, Meeran Haider, Shifa Ur Rehman, Mohd. Saleem Khan, and Shadab Ahmad while rejecting bail pleas of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam in the Delhi riots conspiracy case.
Although Additional Solicitor General sought two week time but, the bench said it would hear the matter on Friday. Infact the bench commented, “Strictly speaking, there is no need to file a reply in bail matters.”
