Enforcement Directorate on Monday approached Delhi’s Patiala House court seeking cancellation of interim protection granted to Karti Chidambaram in connection with the Aircel-Maxis case, and said that latter was trying to derail the investigation.
A special court on Tuesday issued a notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation and sought a reply on a application filed by Congress leader P Chidambaram alleging that the central probe agency has leaked parts of the chargesheet.
CBI said that two sets of money trails were discovered regarding Foreign Investment Promotion Board clearance.
