Attacker Rajesh Khimji had conducted recce before attack on CM Rekha Gupta

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was physically assaulted at her residence during her monthly Jansunwai program. The attacker has been identified as Rajesh Khimji, who hails from Gujarat. Initial inquiry reveals that he had conducted prior reconnaissance before executing the attack.
