With Saiyaara Son of Sardaar 2 and Kingdom still playing in theaters the movie is also breaking records in India. Only two films released this year Chava and Saiyara will fall short of Mahavatar Narsimhas Rs 200 crore milestone at the domestic box office. Ashwin Kumar directed the movie which had a budget of Rs 15 crore.

Hombale Films’ new animation film ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ has shocked everyone by earning a tremendous amount despite a slow start at the box office. The film has collected a domestic collection of Rs 37.25 crore till the sixth day of its release (Wednesday), a new record for any Indian animation film. Initially the film was released on only 800 screens, but it was increased to 2000 screens due to the increasing demand of the audience.
