Right to Disconnect Bill tabled; Employees may legally ignore after-hours calls

Several important private member bills were introduced in Parliament on Friday, the most prominent of which was the ‘Right to Disconnect Bill 2025’ introduced by Supriya Sule. This bill proposes to give employees the legal right to disconnect from office calls and emails after working hours.
