Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney arrived in Mumbai on a visit to India. He will address the industry community with the aim of doubling trade and reshaping relations and will meet with Prime Minister Modi and Foreign Minister Jaishankar in New Delhi.
Trade talks have been going on between India and the US for the past few months, but the process was stalled after US President Donald Trump imposed a 50 percent tariff on Indian products.
