Kaushambi: In a firm move to maintain law and order, District Magistrate Dr. Amit Pal ordered the externment of four individuals under Section 3(3) of the Goonda Control Act. Acting decisively, Dr. Amit Pal directed that the accused be barred from the district for six months.
Those externed include Ramteerath alias Teerath Maurya of Rampur Maduki (Manjhanpur police station), Vikas Tiwari of Ichauli (Kokhraj police station), Sunil Tiwari alias Mithun Tiwari of Ichauli (Kokhraj police station), and Subhash Singh of Lodhaur (Pipri police station). The action reflects Dr. Amit Pal’s continued emphasis on maintaining public safety and curbing criminal activities in the district.
Continuing his active administrative oversight, Dr. Amit Pal conducted a detailed inspection of Sirathu Tehsil to review public service arrangements. During the visit, Dr. Amit Pal instructed Sub-Divisional Magistrate Yogesh Kumar Gaur to ensure adequate seating arrangements for complainants, proper drinking water facilities, and clean, well-maintained toilets.

While inspecting the SDM court, Dr. Amit Pal directed officials to maintain records systematically and improve the disposal rate of revenue cases. He also inspected the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar courts, emphasizing faster resolution of pending revenue matters.
During the inspection of the record room, Dr. Amit Pal ordered that official documents be preserved in an organized manner and that CCTV systems remain fully functional. Reviewing service books of revenue staff such as lekhpals and amins, Dr. Amit Pal stressed that records must be kept updated.
He also sought details regarding defaulters owing more than ₹10 lakh and reviewed the progress of revenue recovery, issuing necessary instructions to the Tehsildar. While examining the IGRS and public grievance registers, Dr. Amit Pal directed that complainants’ mobile numbers be recorded and that complaints be resolved in a timely and qualitative manner.

Later, under the chairmanship of Dr. Amit Pal, a meeting of the District Health Committee was held at Udayan Auditorium. Reviewing family welfare programs, Dr. Amit Pal instructed medical officers to ensure progress in line with targets.
During the review of the Janani Suraksha Yojana, Dr. Amit Pal emphasized 100% institutional deliveries and close tracking of unreported cases. He also directed that payments to beneficiaries and ASHA workers be completed promptly.

Highlighting maternal health, Dr. Amit Pal called for daily monitoring of high-risk pregnancy (HRP) cases and instructed the Chief Medical Officer to organize blood donation camps. Expressing dissatisfaction over low rankings of certain community health centers, Dr. Amit Pal ordered immediate corrective steps.
Reviewing Ayushman Bharat scheme progress, Dr. Amit Pal urged officials to accelerate the issuance of Ayushman cards through a structured action plan.
