During the grand flag-hoisting ceremony at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple, attended by PM Modi and CM Yogi, the city remained under an unprecedented security blanket with drone surveillance and special forces deployment. However, the celebrations were overshadowed by a security scare in Lucknow, where a threat letter was found inside Lulu Mall.
Lucknow: The historic flag hoisting ceremony at the top of the Ram Lalla Temple in Ayodhya was held amid enthusiasm and devotion. The event was a grand affair, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and top administrative officials. For security reasons, Ayodhya was transformed into a fortress. Drone surveillance, the deployment of specialized agencies, and a heavy police presence kept the entire area under strict surveillance.
While the Ayodhya ceremony was underway, the administration was alerted by the receipt of a threatening letter at Lucknow's Lulu Mall. Upon receiving the letter, the police and intelligence agencies swung into action and launched a search operation throughout the mall.
An investigation of CCTV footage is underway, and a search is underway for the person who left the letter. It is not yet clear whether this was a prank or part of a conspiracy.
