Gorakhpur tragedy: Supreme Court asked the petitioner to approach High court

The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition on Gorakhpur tragedy.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition on Gorakhpur tragedy. 

The petitioners appealed to the Supreme Court to take cognizance of the matter. The Supreme Court said that the Chief Minister is also looking at the matter. The court has asked the petitioners to approach Allahabad High court.
