Bureaucracy UP: 8 IPS officers transferred, SPs of Shamli, Shravasti and Kanpur Dehat shifted; Full list here

Arvind Mishra SP Kanpur Dehat has been shifted to as EOW Lucknow and Ghanshyam SP Shravasti has been transferred to Lucknow as SP Vigilance Establishment.

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Government has transferred eight IPS officers including Superintendent of Police (SP) of Shamli who has been shifted to Muradabad as SP PTS, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Arvind Mishra SP Kanpur Dehat has been shifted to Lucknow as EOW and Ghanshyam SP Shravasti has been transferred to Lucknow as SP Vigilance Establishment.

Rahul Bhati, IPS (RR-2018) has been transferred from SSF, Lucknow as Superintendent of Police, Shravasti.

At the same time, Lakhan Singh Yadav, IPS (RR-2018) has been removed from Gautam Buddha Nagar and sent to Commander, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh.

Narendra Pratap Singh, IPS (SPS-0) has been posted as Superintendent of Police of Shamli from Baghpat, while Praveen Ranjan Singh, IPS (SPS-0) has been retained on the post of Deputy Commissioner of Police in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The Uttar Pradesh government has said that these transfers have been made to maintain peace, security and better law and order in the state. The citizens of the respective districts are expected to cooperate with the new Superintendents of Police and help maintain peace and security.

These changes are expected to bring new energy and effectiveness in the police department.
