According to police, the accused had hidden explosives in his farm. The seizure includes:
9,550 kilograms of ammonium nitrate in 187 cartons
9 cartons of detonators
15 bundles of blue wire
9 bundles of red wire
Other explosive-related equipment
The discovery of such a large quantity of explosives has alerted security agencies.
SP Mridul Kachhwa stated that three cases are already registered against Suleman Khan. These cases are registered under the Explosives Act at Thanwala, Padukkallan police stations in Nagaur, and Chaupasni police stations in Alwar. Currently, a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Explosives Act, 1884, and he has been arrested.
A senior police officer stated that Suleman supplied explosive materials to mine owners, but given the quantity seized, it does not appear to be a mere commercial activity. Police suspect the accused may be involved in a larger conspiracy. In such a situation, central agencies may also be involved in his interrogation.

According to police officials, ammonium nitrate has been implicated in several major explosions. It was also used in the November 2025 blast near Delhi's Red Fort. On December 2, a pickup truck loaded with illegal explosives was seized in the Nathdwara Shrinathji area, which could have caused significant damage within a 10-kilometer radius.
Security agencies are considering this major seizure ahead of Republic Day a significant success. Police are now working to determine where and for what purpose the explosives were intended to be used. As the investigation progresses, more layers of this conspiracy are likely to be revealed.
