New Delhi: The final trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has intensified excitement around Tom Holland’s next Marvel adventure, offering new footage of Peter Parker’s life after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

The story is set four years after Doctor Strange’s spell erased Peter Parker from the memories of the people closest to him. Peter now lives alone in New York and dedicates himself to fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man. However, the emotional burden of watching MJ and Ned move forward without recognising him continues to haunt him.

The trailer suggests that Peter’s growing physical and emotional struggles could trigger a dangerous transformation that threatens both his identity and survival.

Spider-Man Faces the Savage Hulk

One of the trailer’s biggest moments reportedly features Spider-Man confronting Mark Ruffalo’s Savage Hulk. The sequence hints at a destructive showdown between the web-slinger and one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s strongest characters.

The Hulk is heard declaring, “No Banner, only Hulk,” suggesting that Bruce Banner may have lost control of his powerful alter ego.

The preview also indicates that Peter’s battle with Hulk may be connected to a larger and more mysterious threat facing New York City.

Returning and New Cast Members

Tom Holland reprises his role as Peter Parker, while Zendaya and Jacob Batalon return as MJ and Ned. The cast also includes Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, popularly known as The Punisher, and Michael Mando as Scorpion.

Directed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released in US theatres on July 31, 2026. Marvel and Sony’s official pages also confirm the July 31 theatrical release date.
