After Bhavya's departure, the role was first played by Raj Anadkat, and now Nitesh Bhulani is playing the role.

After Bhavya left the show, rumors spread that he left due to financial reasons. Reports claimed that Bhavya charged 10,000 rupees per episode.
In a recent interview, Bhavya Gandhi put an end to all these rumors, saying,
"I never worked for money, nor did I leave the show for money. I don't even know how much I was paid per episode, because I was young at that time, and my parents handled all the transactions."
When asked if he would like to return to the show, Bhavya smiled and said,
"Yes, why not? I would definitely like to return to the show. If I return, it would be closure in my life."
He further said that Asit Modi Sir (the show's producer) was the first to recognize his talent and gave him this big platform. That's why he still has an emotional connection with the show.
