Dry mouth and thirst

If you feel thirsty again and again or feel dry mouth, then this is a clear sign that there is a lack of water in your body. Feeling thirsty means that your body is moving towards dehydration. In such a situation, water should be drunk immediately.

Headache and dizziness
Lack of water affects blood circulation in the body, due to which there is a lack of oxygen and nutrients in the brain. This can cause problems like headache, dizziness or migraine.

Feeling tired and weak
Due to dehydration, the energy of the body decreases, due to which you feel tired and lethargic. If you are feeling tired without any reason, then it may be that you are not drinking enough water.

Dark color of urine
The urine of a healthy person is light yellow in color. If the color of urine is becoming dark yellow or brown, then it is a sign of lack of water in the body. Apart from this, less amount of urine is also a symptom of dehydration.

Dry and lifeless skin
Lack of water reduces the moisture in the skin, due to which it starts looking dry, lifeless and wrinkled. If the elasticity of your skin has decreased, then it can be a sign of dehydration.

Constipation and digestive problems
Water helps maintain the digestive system. Its deficiency makes the stool hard, which causes constipation. If you have constipation regularly, you should increase your water intake.

Muscle cramps and pain
Water maintains electrolyte balance in the body. Its deficiency can cause muscle cramps, pain and strain, especially during exercise.

Frequent hunger
Sometimes the body mistakes thirst for hunger. If you are feeling hungry frequently, try drinking a glass of water first, it may be that your body is asking for water.
