Covid-19: Corona new cases rapidly increasing in Noida; Sparks health concerns

Noida: Once again Corona virus new cases has rapidly started increasing in the country. Due to which once again an atmosphere of worry and fear is being created among the people. People are reaching the hospital for testing even for common symptoms like cold and cough. In this sequence, 14 new Covid cases have been reported in Gautam Buddha Nagar, district of Noida, Uttar Pradesh within the last 24 hours, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

43 active cases already existing in Noida, the total number of infected has now increased to 57. These include 30 men and 27 women. The District Health Department said that all the infected are in home isolation. No serious symptoms have been found in anyone. All of them are being monitored and regular health checkups are being done.

District Surveillance Officer Statement

Noida District Surveillance Officer Dr Tikam Singh said that only common symptoms like common cold and cough have been found in the infected patients. No serious case has been reported so far. Contact tracing and travel history of all the patients is being collected.

Active cases in Uttar Pradesh

Talking about the Uttar Pradesh, till Saturday the number of active cases in the state has increased to 71. At the same time, two patients have died of corona in Agra so far. Due to which the concern of the health department and the government has increased.

Preparations Through Mock Drill

In view of the increasing cases of Corona, mock drill has been started in major hospitals of many cities including Meerut, Prayagraj and Kanpur. Its purpose is to ensure how prepared the health services are if the infection spreads rapidly. During the mock drill, all the oxygen plants of the district are being inspected.

No Need To Panic

The health department says that the situation is under control now, but people need to be careful and cautious. Measures like using masks in public places, cleaning hands and avoiding crowds are now becoming necessary again.

Worrisome Situation In Kerala, Maharashtra, and Delhi

The effect of corona is more visible in some states of the country. Kerala currently has 1336 active cases, which is the highest in the country. At the same time, 467 patients are undergoing treatment in Maharashtra and 375 in Delhi. Experts believe that even though the variant spreading this time is less severe than before, its infection rate is high, due to which there is a possibility of more people getting affected.
