This order was issued to address security concerns and prevent such incidents in the future.
Al Falah's White Collar Terror Module Grows
If security agencies had taken more time to crack down on the white-collar terror module that emerged from Al Falah University in Dhauj, Faridabad, their network could have expanded exponentially. Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Umar, and Dr. Shaheen were rapidly expanding this network. Local cleric Ishtiyak Mohammad was openly assisting them in this effort. He had arranged for more than 10 local residents to meet the doctors of this module.
Dr. Muzammil played a key role
Dr. Muzammil currently played the most important role in this terror module at Al Falah University. He was the one who had the most contact with the Pakistani handler. He received money through hawala networks. Dr. Muzammil was even responsible for collecting explosives and weapons and hiding them in safe locations. He was responsible for hiding the more than 2,900 kg of explosives found at two locations in Dhauj and Fatehpur Taga villages. He had rented both locations.
Acquired SIM Card by Befriending

Dr. Muzammil also rented a room from Iqbal Madrasi, a resident of Dhauj, without providing any identification. Madrasi met Dr. Muzammil at the hospital in September while receiving fever medication.
The accused were unable to include any female doctors or students from the university in their network.
According to official sources, Dr. Shaheen had also planned to include women in her team. She had compiled a list of women, which is also mentioned in her diary.
Furthermore, Dr. Shaheen and Umar Nabi jointly decided on how much financial assistance to whom. Shaheen failed to form a team of women and was unable to include any female doctors, staff, or students from the university in her network.
