New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2025, with A. R. Rajah Mohaideen emerging as one of the top performers by securing All India Rank (AIR) 7.
Hailing from Chennai, Mohaideen’s achievement is being widely celebrated as a result of years of consistent effort, disciplined study and a focused approach to preparation. His success has also made him one of the highest-ranked candidates from Tamil Nadu in this year’s examination.

A.R. Rajah Mohaideen comes from a medical science background and is known for his dedication to academics. During his UPSC preparation, he reportedly spent several hours each day studying and carefully analysing each subject to build a strong conceptual understanding.

According to the Union Public Service Commission, a total of 958 candidates have been recommended for appointment through the Civil Services Examination 2025. Successful candidates will be appointed to prestigious services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS), along with several other central services.
The Civil Services Main Examination was conducted in August 2025, followed by personality tests and interviews held between December 2025 and February 2026.
