New Delhi: A unique scene unfolded in Parliament during a Constitution Day event. As soon as Congress leader Rahul Gandhi emerged from the Central Hall, IRS (Indian Revenue Service) probationers rushed to him.

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the young officers, while saw the Rahul Gandi, were initially startled, but the next moment, they were filled with excitement. One probationer requested a selfie from Rahul Gandhi. Following this, all the probationers present joined in the frenzy.
