J&K: Two terrorists arrested plotting to terrorize in Poonch; Huge weapons recovered

On their information, two assault rifles and some ammunition were recovered. Police raided Sheikh’s house in Azamabad and arrested him along with his accomplice Ahmed.

Srinagar: On Sunday, police arrested two terrorists with weapons in Poonch, a border district of Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said that during the raid, Tariq Sheikh of Azamabad and Riyaz Ahmed of Chamber village were detained.

On their information, two assault rifles and some ammunition were recovered. Police raided Sheikh's house in Azamabad and arrested him along with his accomplice Ahmed.

Officials said that after interrogating both of them, the police team raided Sheikh's rented house in Jalian village and seized weapons.
