Congress Takes a Jibe At PM Modi By Posting His Headless Poster
Congress's attack on Modi and BJP's reply
New Delhi: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, Congress targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Congress shared a poster on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), in which Modi's head, hands and feet were shown missing in a picture. With this post, Congress wrote - "Gaayab at the time of responsibility", that is, when the country needed leadership the most, the Prime Minister was seen absent.

BJP strongly retaliated to this post. BJP said that no matter how many threats Pakistan and its supporters give, "New India will neither bow down nor break". The party made it clear that terrorism will be answered not with biryani (sweet words), but with "bullets". BJP described it as an "era of decisive leadership", where the country will not forgive any terrorist incident.
BJP's press conference and attack on Congress
In response to Congress's 'Gaayab' post, BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia held a press conference and attacked Congress fiercely. He even called Congress "Lashkar-e-Pakistan Congress", and alleged that Congress is protecting the interests of Pakistani terrorist organizations. Bhatia said - "Today the whole country is united with the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the power of the army and the prayers of Indians. But there is also a political party among us, if it is called Lashkar-e-Pakistan Congress, then it will not be wrong."
"Congress wants to break Modi's rock-like strength"
Bhatia further said that Prime Minister Modi is "rock-like strong" for the country, but Congress is trying to weaken him. Targeting Rahul Gandhi, he said - "In Congress, not even a leaf moves without Rahul Gandhi's consent. This post was made at his behest, which has hurt the country." He alleged that Congress is sending a message to Pakistan by showing India as weak at this time of crisis. Bhatia warned - "Whoever looks at India with a wrong eye, we will destroy him."
"Pakistan's intentions will never be fulfilled"
Bhatia also said that people of Indian origin spread across the world are protesting outside Pakistani embassies, which shows that Indians are united. He claimed - "Whatever wrong intentions Pakistan has, they will never be fulfilled." He praised India's security and the strong policies of the Modi government, while accusing the Congress of treason.
In this entire controversy, a heated debate was seen between the two parties. While the Congress accused the Modi government of failure to deal with terrorism, the BJP questioned the intentions of the Congress by calling it a supporter of Pakistan. This confrontation shows that national security and anti-terrorism policies will remain a major issue of political debate in the times to come.
